What we do, and what it costs

Every project is different. Our pricing is based on the size of the space, surface condition, level of preparation, specification and finish required.

We use m² as a guide, but our prices are not calculated by m² alone. Smaller projects are subject to a minimum project charge.

Priced per item

Individual items, priced individually

Doors, frames, radiators, spindles and similar items are priced per item and added to a project — they are not part of the m² guide. Rooms and whole-property work are quoted at project level using the levels of finish above.

Item prices include labour, materials and protection of your furniture and floors. VAT-free — the price you see is the price you pay.

Social housing & ASL

Damp & mould treatment and full repaint

Contract work for housing associations, ASL and managing agents: mould removal, stain-blocking, anti-mould coatings and a full property repaint. We treat the damp and mould — we don't fix the underlying cause.
